Promotion Rules

Overview 

These Promotion Rules govern all promotional offers, discount codes, giveaways, contests,  referral programmes, influencer campaigns, loyalty programmes, and marketing incentives  offered by Burp! through drinkburp.com or affiliated channels. 

Participation constitutes acceptance of these Rules. 

General Promotion Rules 

Unless expressly stated otherwise: 

  1. Promotions are available only for retail consumers;
  2. Promotions are valid only during the advertised period;
  3. Promotions are subject to product availability;
  4. Promotions may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time. Burp! reserves the right to reject participation where misuse is suspected. 

Discount Codes 

Only one promotional code may be used per order. 

Discount codes: 

  1. Cannot be combined with other promotional codes;
  2. Cannot be exchanged for cash;
  3. Cannot be transferred, sold, or auctioned;
  4. May be subject to minimum order values;
  5. May exclude certain products or categories. 

Expired codes shall not be honoured.

Influencer & Creator Codes 

Burp! may issue promotional codes through creators, influencers, ambassadors, affiliates, and  marketing partners. 

Unless expressly stated: 

  1. Influencer codes may not be combined with other offers;
  2. Influencer codes have no cash value;
  3. Burp! may suspend or cancel codes at any time. 

Giveaways & Contests 

Unless otherwise specified, giveaways are open only to: 

  1. Residents of India; and
  2. Individuals aged eighteen (18) years or older. 

Winners may be required to provide identity and delivery information before prizes are awarded. Prizes: 

  1. Are non-transferable;
  2. Have no cash alternative unless expressly stated;
  3. May be substituted by Burp! with items of equivalent value. 

Future Referral Programmes 

If Burp! launches a referral programme in the future: 

  1. Self-referrals shall be prohibited;
  2. Fake accounts shall be prohibited;
  3. Rewards may be issued only after successful order delivery;
  4. Burp! may withhold rewards pending verification. 

Additional referral terms may apply. 

Prohibited Conduct

Participants may not: 

  1. Create fake accounts;
  2. Use bots or automated systems;
  3. Manipulate referral systems;
  4. Use fraudulent payment methods;
  5. Misrepresent identity;
  6. Interfere with the integrity of promotions. 

Violation may result in: 

  1. Disqualification;
  2. Cancellation of rewards;
  3. Account suspension; and
  4. Legal action where appropriate. 

Burp!’s Rights 

Burp! reserves the right to: 

  1. Verify eligibility;
  2. Investigate suspicious activity;
  3. Modify promotional mechanics;
  4. Correct administrative errors;
  5. Cancel improperly awarded benefits;
  6. Disqualify participants acting in bad faith. 

Decisions made by Burp! regarding promotions shall be final and binding.
